Course of Construction Inspections
The best time to inspect a building under construction is when the framing and sub trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) are completed and before insulation is installed. The exterior and roofs should be substantially weather tight so insulation and finishes will not be damaged by weather.
The pre-settlement inspection is best conducted when the building is fully completed. The inspection can be conducted when minor cosmetic touch ups and final cleaning remain but ideally the home should be done.
“Hi David, Wow! Thank you for compiling the report so quickly. Jeff and I wanted to express our greatest thanks and appreciation for taking the time to explain and thoroughly inspect the house yesterday. We really enjoyed working with you and all that we learned! Thanks again for being the measure of competency. You have an uncanny ability of taking technical issues and problems and relaying them in layperson’s terms. It can remove the fear factor and provide comfort.”Kindest, Leann and Jeff
